Jesse L. Riddle received his Bachelors of Arts in 1984, and his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1988. His law practice is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he has developed one of the nation=s leading law firms in the financial industry. Riddle & Associates, P.C. now represents numerous financial institutions, retailers and other businesses throughout the nation. Mr. Riddle is a nationally recognized expert on the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He is a member of the Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Texas and Utah Bars, and is admitted to practice and has taken cases before the United States Courts of Appeal for the 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 10th Circuit. Mr. Riddle is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
